How to stop my dog from excessive barking?

My 2-year-old dog barks at EVERYTHING - people walking by, other dogs, delivery riders, even leaves! 😅

It's becoming a problem especially with our neighbors. I've tried saying "quiet" but it doesn't really work.

Any training tips to reduce excessive barking? Has anyone tried bark collars? Are they humane?
