By accessing and using the Parkmall Pet Society platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership

• Membership is free and open to all pet owners
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• One account per person; multiple pets can be registered under one account

3. Pet Passport

• Digital Pet Passports are for identification purposes only
• You must ensure pet information is accurate and up-to-date
• Misuse of Pet Passports may result in account suspension

4. Deals and Promotions

• Deals are subject to availability and terms set by partner stores
• Some deals may have redemption limits
• Parkmall reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the platform's operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Parkmall Cebu and protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parkmall Pet Society is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
