Parkmall Cebu is committed to providing a welcoming environment for pet owners while ensuring the comfort and safety of all our guests. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for bringing pets to our establishment. By entering our premises with a pet, you agree to comply with all provisions of this policy.
1 Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all pets brought into Parkmall Cebu premises, including but not limited to dogs, cats, and other domesticated animals. Service animals are governed by separate regulations in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and international standards.
2 Permitted Pets
The following pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly areas:
Note: Exotic animals, farm animals, and wildlife are not permitted unless part of an authorized mall event.
3 Owner Responsibilities
Pet owners assume full responsibility for:
- The behavior and actions of their pets at all times
- Any damage caused by their pets to mall property or third parties
- Immediate cleanup of any pet waste or accidents
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
4 Health and Safety Requirements
Vaccinations
Must be current on all required vaccinations
Disease-Free
Pets must be free from contagious diseases
Grooming
Pets must be clean and well-groomed
Health Check
Sick pets should not be brought to the mall

6 Liability & Right to Refuse
Indemnification
Pet owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parkmall Cebu, its management, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the actions of their pets.
Right to Refuse Entry
Mall management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask pet owners to leave if the pet exhibits aggressive behavior, the owner fails to comply with this policy, or health/safety concerns arise.
